[edit] Tar Method (members only)
1. Teleport to Lumbridge.
2. Head south to Lumbridge swamp.
3. Get 100 swamp tar items.
4. Sell at the Grand Exchange for about 22k
(Swamp Tar can be stackable so don't worry about banking)
[edit] The Grand Exchange
1. Use the charts provided by runescape, similar to stock charts to find an item to buy. If you are not sure then start with highly traded items like Maple logs.
2. Buy items at a bit above the lowest price, then sell the next day for a slightly higher price. You can set up your trades just before you logoff and it should only take 10-15 mins. There are plenty of videos on Youtube etc on how to make money by trading glories, iron ore etc.
Tips
Typical prices for maples might be buy at 41, sell at 43. I know it only seems a small amount but it can add up if you trade every day. Trading rune scimitars can make you about 700GP each. They are very popular and trade easily.
[edit] Thieving Method (members only)
1. Pickpocket the men in Edgeville when you are levels 1-5. (You will get 3gp)
2. Pick pocket master farmers because they give seeds and when
you get a rare seed like a tree seed you could sell it for over 10k-40k
[edit] Tzhaar Method: Melee (members only)
1. Get the following:

o Good armor and weapons.
2. Go to Ardougne or Port Sarim and take the boat to Karamja
3. Enter the volcano and into the cave that leads to the Tzhaar City
4. Attack the Monsters inside, be aware of your health as they are quite strong. You also leave with full HP and prayer; this is useful but time consuming. A Ring of wealth is advised as it makes those drops less rare
5. Know the Monsters in the City and what they are famous for dropping:
o TzHaar-Hur (Lvl 74)
Tokkul (Small amounts)
All Uncut Gems
o TzHaar-Mej (Lvl 103)
Tokkul (Small amounts)

7. Trade them for expensive items!
[edit] Unicorn Horn Method 1 (members only)
1. Go to a busy server.
2. Kill unicorns in Camelot or Unicorns in the Wildy.
Tips
• Although collecting them is easy, it's very time consuming-so it's not a very good money maker.
• If you are doing the Wildy method, watch out for Revenants. They can kill you easily with their freezing darts.
• It's best if you recharge your prayer before going into the Wilderness.

7. Kill the "unicow", and a total of 2-4 unicorn horns will be dropped.
8. Repeat the process until you have used up all of your cowhides (cow hides wont be replaced when the "unicow" dies).
9. Take your full (or nearly full) inventory of unicorn horns to the bank. To do this, hug the coast and run north into east Ardy.
10. Sell each horn for approximately 850 in the Grand Exchange.

3. Open the coffins with the keys.
[edit] Tips
• Use the grand exchange for quick trading.
• Make sure the items you are selling are noted. If you don't other players won't have enough room. Also, Always have a lot of the items you are selling. If not, the buyer may get annoyed and decline the trade. If you sell in bulk, adjust the price accordingly (ie: add 25gp).
• Check the second trade screen for scammers/noobs. Make sure they don't have complicated names, because if they do they might be a scammer. Example: Someone with the name '47838iuei2' is probably a scammer. If an offer is too good to be true, its usually is. If you do get scammed, be sure to report the scammer using 'report abuse'. Recently there was an update when in trading the item/money traded must have a value of 3k higher or lower of the original price to trade.
• With the new trade update introduced in on 2nd January, Merchanting has become increasingly difficult. On the rare occasion that Jagex releases a new item, try to buy it immediately from The Grand Exchange. As the days go by, there will be a higher and higher demand for that item causing the price to go up. When you think that item has reached its price peak, you can return to The Grand Exchange store page on the RuneScape home page and sell that item again.
• Rune running is more or less defunct, due to the new balanced-trade rules. While some rune-running still goes on, one won't always find a crafter, and runners are limited to how many runs they can make in a given time and how much they can profit from each run.
• To be quicker for law running, look for people dressed in red zamorak robes and trade them. Also note: You can not law run anymore, because of an update which does not allow unbalanced trades. However you can still use the assist system, which is also limited. Simply go to another Law running world if world 66 is out of business.
• Go to the law altar to request assistance, then craft the law runes and sell them.
• You could get a law talisman/tiara from the Troll Stronghold quest and get inside the altar, you then get traded immediately. Make sure you don't bring Cats into the altar, the Law Running company doesn't like that.
• The Stronghold of Security can only be done once per account - you get 10k to start you off. Please read the How to Win the Stronghold of Security on Runescape article.
[edit] Warnings
• While fishing, be wary about random events like river trolls and whirlpools. And sometimes black fish can chuck your fishing stuff away. So be wary of this.
• When trying the Barrows method, be warned! A full set of Barrows armour is hard to get and there is a high risk of dying! Also, Barrows armour is high-maintenance, so if you choose to keep it, be warned! It will cost you a few hundred K to fix every so often!
